Do boje nev\u00e1h\u00e1me zapojit tak\u00e9 osv\u011bd\u010den\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed \u201e\u017eivotabudi\u010de\u201c. Nap\u0159\u00edklad kotvi\u010dn\u00edk, \u017een\u0161en, omega 3 a 6, goji (kustovnici \u010d\u00ednskou), ko\u0159en maca \/ nebo ginko biloba. V\u00edce chod\u00edme, vyh\u00fdb\u00e1me se v\u00fdtah\u016fm a eskal\u00e1tor\u016fm. Mo\u017en\u00e1 se z po\u010d\u00e1tku i trochu zad\u00fdch\u00e1me, ale to brzy p\u0159ejde. V\u017edy\u0165 ch\u016fze je pro n\u00e1s nejp\u0159irozen\u011bj\u0161\u00edm pohybem! Postupn\u011b prodlu\u017eujeme trasy, vyd\u00e1v\u00e1me se na pravideln\u00e9 del\u0161\u00ed proch\u00e1zky. Kdy\u017e jsme u\u017e trochu v kondici, je prav\u00e1 \u010das p\u0159idat vhodn\u00fd sport. Vybereme si takov\u00fd, kter\u00fd n\u00e1s bav\u00ed. Do kter\u00e9ho se nemus\u00edme nutit, ale naopak z n\u011bj m\u00e1me radost. Pak je velk\u00e1 \u0161ance, \u017ee se mu budeme v\u011bnovat pravideln\u011b a dlouhodob\u011b. Ka\u017ed\u00e9 z n\u00e1s vyhovuje n\u011bco jin\u00e9ho. N\u011bkdo m\u00e1 r\u00e1d sportov\u00e1n\u00ed v kolektivu, n\u011bkdo se mu v\u011bnuje rad\u011bji o samot\u011b. Pokud pot\u0159ebujeme n\u011bjak\u00e9 to kilo shodit, je nejlep\u0161\u00ed volbou pohybov\u00e1 aktivita, kdy se dost\u00e1v\u00e1me na cca 80 procent na\u0161\u00ed maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed tepov\u00e9 frekvence. Orienta\u010dn\u011b to pozn\u00e1me, pokud p\u0159i sportov\u00e1n\u00ed zvl\u00e1dneme bez zad\u00fdch\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed mluvit, ale p\u0159esn\u011b to zjist\u00edme jen m\u011b\u0159en\u00edm. Vhodn\u00e9 jsou vytrvalostn\u00ed sporty, jako je b\u011bh, cyklistika \u010di plav\u00e1n\u00ed. N\u011bkdo rad\u011bji m\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 sporty, turistiku, posilov\u00e1n\u00ed, j\u00f3gu nebo tanec.
